Dine Local. Give Back.

Support your favorite school, team, nonprofit, or community organization by hosting a Rio Lobo Give Back Night. It's a fun and easy way to raise money while enjoying fresh favorites with friends and family.

How It Works

Complete the inquiry form below, and a member of our team will contact you to schedule your event.

• Your organization will receive a percentage of qualifying sales from your Give Back Night.
• Give Back Nights are available Sunday through Thursday evenings, excluding holidays and select special event dates.
• Requests must be submitted at least two weeks before your preferred event date.

Help Make It a Success

The more people who attend, the more your organization can earn. Be sure to spread the word through social media, email, text messages, and word of mouth.

Event Day

Supporters can participate by dining in, ordering takeout, or placing an online order during your scheduled Give Back Night.

• Dine-In & Carryout: Guests must mention your organization when ordering so their purchase is counted toward the fundraiser.
• Online Orders: Guests must enter your organization's Give Back code "RIOLOBOGIVES" during checkout. Orders placed without the code cannot be counted toward the fundraiser.

Following your event, we'll total all qualifying sales and send your organization a donation check within 30 days.

Fundraiser Guidelines

• Valid for dine-in, carryout, and online orders placed directly through Rio Lobo.
• Guests must mention the participating organization in the restaurant or use the designated online code for their purchase to qualify.
• Orders placed through third-party delivery services are not eligible.
• Give Back Nights are available Sunday through Thursday evenings only and are subject to availability.
• Rio Lobo reserves the right to decline or reschedule requests due to holidays, special events, or other blackout dates.
